These terms cover Switchboard and the other products DROID MINDS INC. (“Droid Minds”, “we”) provides. By using them, the business that signs up (“you”) agrees to them.

Switchboard turns a business WhatsApp number into a ticket queue: messages are routed to desks by rules you write, filed against your clients, and answered by your staff from one console. It is in a pilot stage, and features may change as we build it with pilot teams.
Switchboard connects to WhatsApp through Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by Meta’s WhatsApp Business Terms and Business Messaging Policy, which you agree to follow.
You are responsible for the messages your staff send, for having your clients’ permission to message them on WhatsApp, and for keeping your staff sign-ins private.
You must not use the service to send spam, unlawful content, or messages your recipients did not ask for, or to break Meta’s policies.
Your messages, attachments and client records belong to you. We process them only to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can ask for an export or deletion at any time (see Data deletion).
We work to keep the service running, but it is provided “as is” during the pilot, without a guaranteed uptime. WhatsApp itself is run by Meta, and outages or account actions on Meta’s side are outside our control.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
Either of us may end the service with 30 days’ written notice. When it ends, we will provide an export on request and then delete your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms; if a change is material we will tell you by email before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Questions: contact@droidmindsinc.ca.
