We build systems that run in your accounts, on your infrastructure, or in Canadian hosted regions whenever available. All data at rest is encrypted, and all transmissions require modern TLS.
We provide clean, functional exports for every build so that your business is never locked into an opaque format.
Neither your business messages, your client profiles, nor your financial receipts are ever used to train shared or public AI models. When we call LLM provider APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or local inference engines), we use enterprise API terms with explicit zero-data-retention for training.
When you contact us or join a product waitlist, we only collect what you voluntarily provide: your name, work email, and a brief description of your project or inquiry.
We use this solely to reply to you directly, schedule your scoping call, or allocate your pilot batch. We do not sell, rent, or trade email addresses to anyone.
Products like our Home Assistant server builds run entirely on hardware located inside your premises. Device states, camera streams, and automation rules never leave your building unless you explicitly enable private remote tunnels.
Similarly, our personal finance assistant is designed with local-first parsing so you remain in total custody of your statements.
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and standard business ethics, you have the right to request a copy of any personal data we hold about you or ask for its permanent deletion.
