Every WhatsApp message becomes work that gets done
Switchboard turns your business WhatsApp line into a ticket queue. Messages are routed to the right desk by rules you control, filed against the right client, and owned by one person until they are closed. AI assistance is coming next.
Four steps from message to done
Connect your WhatsApp line
Your business number on the official WhatsApp platform, plus your client list imported from the spreadsheet you already keep.
Rules route the work
Each message becomes a ticket on the right desk. Anything no rule can place goes to a person instead of a guess.
One owner per ticket
Someone owns every request, sees the full client history, and replies from the same screen.
See what is still open
The queue and analytics show what is waiting, on which desk, and for how long, before the client has to chase.
What it does today, and what is next
One queue for your WhatsApp line
Every conversation on your business number, searchable by client name, reference or phone number.
Messages become tickets
Each request is tracked with a status (open, in progress, waiting on client, closed) until it is done.
Rules place work on desks
Tax, payroll, onboarding — you define the desks, and rules send each message to the right one.
Unclear goes to a person
When no rule matches, the system does not guess. The message lands with a human, and you can add a rule so it never happens twice.
Client files
Import clients from the spreadsheet you already keep. Linking a new number to a client files its whole history.
Owners and assignment
Every ticket has an owner, so two people never answer the same client and nothing sits unclaimed.
Honest analytics
Messages in, share routed without a person, open work by desk, time to close — counts from real rows, nothing estimated.
Audit log
Who replied, who reassigned, which rule fired and when — a full trail for every conversation.
Built on the official platform
Respects WhatsApp's 24-hour reply window and approved templates, so your number stays in good standing.
Summaries and reply drafts
Thread summaries and suggested replies from your past answers. Draft-and-review by default: a person always sends.
Email alongside WhatsApp
Your shared mailbox in the same queue, so one client has one history whichever way they write. See Switchboard X
Every client, one file
Open a client and see the whole relationship: their details, the ticket in progress, who owns it, and every past request and reply.

Talk to usIs this the official WhatsApp API?
Yes — we build on WhatsApp's business platform, so your number stays yours and your customers see a normal business account.
Where does our data live?
Canadian hosting, encrypted at rest, and never used to train a shared model. You can export or delete everything on request.
Does AI reply to my clients?
No. Today every reply is written and sent by a person. AI summaries and drafts are coming next, and when they arrive a person will still review and send.
When does it launch?
We will onboard pilot teams in small batches, so we can sit with each one during setup. Join the waitlist and we will tell you which batch you are in.
Get on the pilot list
Email us and we will ask two questions about how your client messages flow today. That conversation is genuinely how we decide what to build next.
