Our current build is Switchboard: WhatsApp messages become tickets, rules route them to the right desk, and anything unclear goes to a person instead of a guess. Switchboard X adds email and AI summaries and reply drafts on top. Pilot teams will onboard in small batches so we can sit with each one.
