Droid Minds Inc. is a Toronto IT consultancy that also builds its own software. We spend our weeks inside other people's operations — integrations, automation, internal tools, AI that has to survive contact with real staff — and our products come straight out of the problems we meet twice.
Today that means three: a WhatsApp CRM for small businesses, a personal finance dashboard, and private home servers built on Home Assistant.
Large companies buy IT and AI in suites, with an integrator attached. Everyone else gets a free trial and a shrug. But a fifteen-person business has the same volume of client conversation, the same tangle of systems, and a fraction of the time — and that is exactly the kind of work this technology is genuinely good at.
So we build for that company: one job at a time, in plain language, with the AI doing the reading and the human doing the deciding.
The person stays in charge
AI drafts, sorts and summarises. It does not quietly speak to your customers on your behalf unless you ask it to.
